Education
I graduated with Honors & on scholarship from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Optimization & Controls. I am currently pursuing an online M.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning from Georgia Tech.
Previous work
I previously worked at the intersection of machine learning & mechanical engineering at Apple & lead a team of 6 developing a novel inference & decision-making application for iPhone, Mac, etc., design & manufacturing orgs.
Current work
I currently work for a nonprofit in progressive politics and use machine learning to shape democratic electoral & policy strategies.
Priorities
I care about improving animal welfare, alleviating global poverty, & reversing structural injustices & am involved in the Effective Altruism community.
Joys
I enjoy reading philosophy, science, and fiction books, cooking vegan food, hiking among the California redwoods, & skimboarding in the Pacific.
